You don't have cook - the Abalone has already been cooked to perfection for your convenience. Further cooking will toughen the texture of the Abalone and will cause loss of nutrition, flavour and texture.
There is no other brand like our Kansom Brand Wild Abalone. Our investment in the science of food processing does not mean producing with chemicals. For us it means the opposite. We aim to deliver the most natural, chemical free product for those clients demanding only the very best.
There is a misunderstanding that Abalone is “White”. Wild Abalone comes in many shades of colours, from creamy to dark brown, even black. In order to make Wild Abalone white, you need to use chemicals. The most common used chemicals such as sulphur dioxide, cause loss of nutrition, loss of flavour and loss of texture.

This Sea Treasure is served in our delicious Brine, packed full of flavour. Our Brine can also be used in stock for everyday cooking after the Abalone has been consumed.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

Our delicious Abalone in Seasoning is served in a rich traditional style seasoning that perfectly matches and enhances the taste of our Abalone.
INGREDIENTS:
Abalone (Mollusc), Water, Abalone Extract (Mollusc), Soy Sauce (Soy, Wheat), Sugar, Thickener (1422), Acidity Regulator (331), Natural Flavours (Soy, Wheat), Flavour Enhancer (635), Salt, Colour Retention Agent (316), Colour (150C).
CONTAINS:
Mollusc, Soy, Wheat.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
To enjoy our delicious Abalone in Seasoning, simply slice Abalone and set aside. Heat sauce in a microwave proof dish. To serve, pour hot sauce over sliced Abalone. Garnish with your favourite vegetables to serve.
