READY TO EAT:
You don't have to cook our Ready-to-Eat Abalone. The Abalone has already been cooked to perfection for your convenience. Further cooking will toughen the texture of the Abalone, and will cause loss of nutrition, flavour and texture.
Our Kansom Brand Products set a new benchmark for Premium Abalone products. Our products are all made using Natural Wild Caught Abalone. This means there are no chemicals used when we process our Abalone. Delivering Superior Premium Quality, Texture and Taste, in a ready to eat format.
There is a common misconception that Abalone should be "white", however Wild Abalone comes in many shades and colours. To make Abalone white, you need to use chemicals such as sulphur dioxide. The use of these chemicals cause loss of nutrition, loss of flavour and loss of texture.
Here at Kansom, our aim is to be provide you only with the very best Abalone with no or the minimal amount of chemicals possible, allowing you to enjoy Wild Abalone just as it was intended.
